This is the Privacy Policy of Lersia Play (“Lersia”). Lersia provides an online platform (the “Lersia Play Service” or “our Service”) that allows video content owners and licensors (each a “Producer”) to offer their video programming to consumers via websites and mobile applications.
Consumers: To access the Service, a consumer (“you”) must create an account with the applicable application. By creating an account, you agree to provide certain personal information to Lersia.

Your continued use of our Service constitutes agreement to any updated Privacy Policy on a prospective basis.
We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of information under our control. We cannot, however, guarantee that our security measures will prevent all disruptions or unauthorized access.
You are solely responsible for (a) maintaining the security of your account and (b) all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account. Location & Playback Data: For each playback session, Lersia records an approximate geographic location (derived from your IP address and, on devices where you have granted permission, precise device location services), together with session start/stop times, stream quality, device identifiers, and concurrent-session metadata. This data is collected specifically to detect and prevent account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, and other forms of piracy.
